In the morning when I started my Royal Enfield Bullet and travel around two kilometers I noticed some wobbling in rear wheel of my motorbike.  I Jump out from the seat to see whether tyre of my motorbike got puncher but tyre was all right.  I could not analyze the actual cause of wobbling and make the program to visit one the Royal Enfield dealers.  I bought this motorcycle around three years ago from Ess Aar Motors Jhandewalan New Delhi and I am also getting my Royal Enfield motorcycle serviced from their work shop.  Earlier their work shop was in Paharganj area but now has shifted to Mayapuri and constructed a multistory workshop with modern facilities.

I reached there 11 am and shown my motorcycle to them for the complaint of wobbling, their old

Mechanic who also knows me very well checked my Royal Enfield motorcycle and declare that swing arm bushes worn and need to be replaced.  He put the motorcycle on hydraulic ramp and removes the chain guard.  After removing of chain guard he removed swing arm cap and swing pivot.  Next step was removal of hex nyloc nut and washer.  Then he taps the swing arm gently and pulls out the swing arm flange hex bolt.  He removed both sides’ bushes from the swing by using mandrel.

He showed me the bush which was completely worn out resulting wobbling in my Royal Enfield motorcycle.  After cleaning the required parts he started refitting the bush by pressing in to swing arm tube and after pressing he reamed the bush with reamer and apply the grease in side the bush.

After inserting spacer he fits special    tools on shock absorber mounting pins and inserts the swing arm hex bolt after applying the grease.  Tighten the nut after placing the washer and removed the special tool.  Fix both side caps and assembled both side shock absorbers washer and dome nut.  Refit the chain guard and rear wheel.  Finally he adjusted free play of drive chain. I took a road test of my Royal Enfield motorcycle and there was no wobbling.
