A worldwide voyage on cancer awareness was supported by Royal Enfield in secluded area of Ladakh in the leadership of Capt Dr Ritu Biyani who also represents a non government organization named Highway Infinite. Capt Ritu is involved in this cause and has already conducted workshops on Breast Cancer awareness. This event was a fifteen day rally from Leh to Chandigarh.  In this rally in addition to Royal Enfield motorcycles  other two wheelers and four wheelers were also participating.  The rally aimed at raising funds for their upcoming project on cancer awareness.

The main aim of the expedition was to indoctrinate and encourage pretentious public thoughts to fight against cancer and also create awareness among members through workshops on the cancer.  Royal Enfield offered them motorcycles which they drove transversely in the insensitive environment.  A pink woman, cut out of collectibles was stuck on the motorcycles which  signified their victory over breast cancer.  In the rally, along withthe  riders two mechanics were also riding to take care of break down in any motorcycle on the way.  This expedition rode through highest motor able road in the world named Khardungla to show that they can easily do most challenging tasks specially fighting against cancer.  The motorcycle riders climbed Khardungla via South Pulu where their stoppage was for about forty five minutes.  They reached on the peak with their attitude and the matchless recital of the Royal Enfield motorcycle help them succeed. After carring out various workshops on cancer the rally moved towards Manail via  Pang and Jispa. On the the roads were completely washed away and the rally choose other alternate routes to reach their destination. Royal Enfield was conceited to be linked with this mission for creating toward cancer.
